Fulfillment and Processing times

Orders are processed and shipped twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday. Orders must be received by 11:59 pm the night before processing or the order will be fulfilled on the next shipping date.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $25 in Nevada only.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Delays

SafeNest Coffee is not liable for any products damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact the shipment carrier for information regarding any delays.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
