This medium-roasted coffee is made from a blend of Blue Mountain and Central American coffee beans. The blue mountain bean offers a subtle hint of chocolate and calming earthy undertones, with a nutty finish. Adding a bit of spice and sweetness from the Central American beans, our Independence blend creates a bold, well-balanced, complex flavor profile and a smooth texture to suit every taste.
